Why Success through Learning?

Success through Learning was founded by Angel Rampy, who herself was a foreign-born professional. She was plunged into a new way of working and communicating when she came to the United States, often having to find her way by trial and error. It was a slow and painful process. That experience led her to create to create an industry-first “fast track” system that draws on the best practices from many applicable fields such as executive coaching, organizational training and process improvement. A time tested, proven system developed and refined from her working with hundreds of individuals from many different countries.

How does it work? Commit to ten sessions and we'll show you!

The Success through Learning coaching process is both intensive and highly interactive. It's the best, most proven way to achieve results. First you complete a self-assessment. Then your peers, managers and colleagues from other organizations offer additional feedback. This information is used to customize and prioritize ten 60-minute coaching sessions designed to maximize your talents — sessions that include specific measurable goals. During the coaching period we also work in partnership with your manager in order to provide the support you need to grow and succeed as a leader in the workplace.

In addition, prior to starting their coaching many of our clients choose to undergo a comprehensive Communications Assessment and a Five Dynamics Assessment. Together, these insightful reports offer a 360-degree view of your strengths as well as the areas you can ultimately improve. Understanding this information will dramatically accelerate your coaching program and empower you to achieve even faster achievable results.
