About Angel Rampy
Business Coach, Consultant, and Trainer
Angel Rampy is the founder and president of Success through Learning. With more than 15 years of experience as a manager, trainer, business consultant, and personal coach, she has the skills needed to empower and transform organizations and individuals.
Angel has worked with companies in many industries, including computers (Amdahl/Fujitsu, Tandem Computers/Hewlett-Packard, Synopsis), telecommunications (Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Synoptics), manufacturing (Aeroflex/Metelics, San Miguel Corporation), pharmaceuticals (McKesson), and nonprofit organizations (Springboard Forward, Habitat for Humanity).
Known for her high-energy and collaborative, motivating work style, Angel has a proven track record of creating business results quickly. Valuing her deep global business experience and thoughtful communications style, Angel's clients consider her a trusted advisor. In addition to her personal qualities and experience, clients value the professional tools and vast network of knowledgeable resources that she brings to the table.
Angel holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, in mass communications from Maryknoll College in the Philippines. With a passion for learning, Angel has also completed extensive programs in training, coaching, and process improvement, including:
Raised in the Philippines of Spanish ancestry—and now a blend of East and West—Angel readily adapts to different cultures and communication styles. She has trained internationally in Singapore, China, Australia, Spain, Germany, Stockholm, Canada, and the Philippines. Angel is fluent in English, Spanish, and Pilipino (also known as Tagalog).
Angel serves as a co-leader of the South Bay chapter of Women in Consulting and a member of the board of directors of Soroptimist International. She is also an active member of eWomen, Toastmasters, and the American Society for Training and Development. Angel is a frequent speaker at business associations and industry events. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three sons.
